Design Consultation – There are an endless number of options and configurations when it comes to Christmas light designs; no two are ever the same so our process begins with a complimentary design consultation. Our professional Christmas light installers will work with you to identify the specific look you are going for or we can make suggestions and help you come up with ideas. We want to make your vision a reality.
Installation – Our fully licensed and insured installers have the tools, training, and experience to handle your Christmas lights installation. We’ll build an install plan with your specific home or business in mind ensuring we’re as efficient with our time as possible. All of our C-9 light line is measured on-site to fit each facet of your roofline and cut to fit each section perfectly. From there we use special connectors to tie everything together. We use a variety of systems and methods to ensure your lights are installed quickly, efficiently, and without any hassles. We take pride in providing our customers with quality professional installation experience using the utmost care.
Maintenance – Our goal is to take all of the hassle out of your holiday lighting and give you more time with your family! Should a bulb go out or an unexpected storm ruffle your display, give us a call and we will come fix it at no charge to you. It’s our job to make sure your Christmas lights work perfectly throughout the season.
Removal and Storage – Come season’s end, our crews will be back to take down your display with the same attention to detail and care as your installation. Removals begin January 2 and go through January 20 (weather permitting). We’ll pack everything up and take it to our storage facility where it will stay until it’s time to install them again next year.

Frequently Asked Questions
One question we get a lot is, “how much does it cost?” and unfortunately, this is not a question we can answer as the price can vary widely from job to job. There are several factors that might come into play including the pitch of your roof, the height of your roof, access to power, the amount of material used, the number of man-hours required for install, etc. As we’ve mentioned before, no two jobs are the same so your best bet is to call today to schedule a free design consultation. Our goal is to keep the cost as low and competitive as possible which is why we buy many of our supplies early in the year and in bulk. Also, the first year of installation the price is higher because we have to get everything measured and cut to length as well as install all the bulbs, light clips, and power connectors. You can look forward to paying at least 25% less from year 2 onward because all of that first-year legwork has already been done. We also offer an early install discount for those who are okay with having their lights installed in October (we don’t have to turn them on right away though!)
Another question we get asked is, “Who owns the lights?” Petrali Roofing will retain ownership of the lights and all other materials used for your installation and we will lease them to you from year to year. That lease cost is built into the overall price you pay each year and it allows us to provide ongoing maintenance throughout the season as well as removal and storage at no additional cost. This gives us more control of the overall quality of your light installation from year to year and it also means that you won’t have to worry about finding a place to store everything or deal with tangled lights ever again.
